Summary: The BFS Operator position is responsible for the operation, cleaning, maintenance and set-up of the BFS machine and other production equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·Perform general operation, including troubleshooting, steaming and cleaning of BFS machine ·Perform general machine and mold maintenance ·Maintain production packaging equipment ·Support Validation efforts (i.e. SIP, Media Fills) and research and development projects ·Document tasks in associated batch records, forms and protocols ·Support production activities as needed
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: ·Strong mechanical ability ·Excellent attention to detail ·Able to work according to production schedule, overtime may be required
Education and Experience: ·Minimum HS diploma, completion of trade or technical school or equivalent
Physical Demands: ·Lifting moderate to heavy components ·Periodic bending, climbing, or reaching ·Frequent walking
